Through a Via Express agency or agent
Step 1:Â Go to one of our agencies or contact one of the available ViaExpress agents.
Step 2:Â Make sure you have your valid ID.
Step 3:Â Provide your personal details and beneficiary details.
Step 4:Â Deliver the exact amount to be transferred.
Step 5:Â Get your Via Express transfer code, which will be provided by our cashier or agent.
Step 6:Â Send this code to the recipient, so that they can receive the amount at a Via Express agency or one of our partners located in the location where the transfer was sent.
Bank transfer
Step 1:Â Make sure you have your valid ID.
Step 2: Make the bank transfer to the company account: Post Finance Nº12-604048-7, BR Corporation Sarl, 8 Rue Chantepoulet, 1201 Genève (IBAN CH 11 0900 0000 1260 4048 7).
Step 3:Â Contact the Call Center or desired agency.
Step 4:Â Enter the amount transferred to the company’s account and provide your personal details and the beneficiary’s details.
Step 5:Â Get your Via Express transfer code, which will be provided by our cashier or agent.
Step 6:Â Send this code to the recipient, so that they can receive the amount at a Via Express agency or one of our partners located in the location where the transfer was sent.
Online Transfer
Step 1:Â To make your transfer, you must be registered in our database. If you are not yet a Via Express customer, you will need to register at the nearest Via Express agency, or through POSTE Suisse.
Step 2:Â Once registered, enter the country, the amount of money to be transferred, the payment method and your beneficiary’s bank details.
Step 3:  Make the deposit or payment via your e-banking account to the following account: Post Finance Nº12-604048-7, BR Corporation Sarl, 8 Rue Chantepoulet, 1201 Genève. (IBAN CH 11 0900 0000 1260 4048 7).
Step 4:Â Â If the amount to be transferred is less than 2,000 CHF, the shipment will be made immediately. If the amount exceeds 2,000 CHF, it will be made within 2 days.
Transfer through the Call Center
Step 1: To make your transfer you must be registered in our database. If you are not yet a Via Express customer, you will need to register at the nearest Via Express agency, or through POSTE Suisse.
Step 2:Â Once registered, call our number 0840 40 20 10, provide your customer number and beneficiary details (Name, address and account number, etc.).
Step 3:  Make the deposit or payment via your e-banking account to the following account: Post Finance Nº12-604048-7, BR Corporation Sarl, 8 Rue Chantepoulet, 1201 Genève. (IBAN CH 11 0900 0000 1260 4048 7).
Step 4:Â Â If the amount to be transferred is less than 2,000 CHF, the shipment will be made immediately. If the amount exceeds 2,000 CHF, it will be made within 2 days.
There is no limit to sending money, as long as you can prove the origin of your money. Contact us and find out what documents are needed depending on the country of destination of your shipment.
It is mandatory to inform ALL shipments of the beneficiary’s full name and full telephone number (with overseas area code). If it is a remittance to be paid by bank deposit, you need to know the name of the bank, the account holder, the account number and branch.
Money is usually available within 24 hours, but this will depend on the country and payment method selected. Please contact us to find out the best options for the country where you want to transfer money.

As proof of identification, you can present your passport or identification document from your country of residence (only for CEE-EURO Countries). If you have other identification documents, please contact us. Documents that have an expiration date must be within the deadline.
